Napier i-SITE is able to offer an accommodation search/booking service for school sports groups, study groups and sports clubs in Hawke’s Bay and other regions throughout the country.

Tournament week in August/September is not that far away and we are able to assist finding suitable accommodation for your group.

What we do – search for you – through our contact we will find options and forward to you with the proviso the bookings comes through Napier i-SITE for payment and processing. There are no extra charges. We do not charge a booking fee or credit card fees.  However, if you cancel the booking we do charge a $20 cancellation fee.  Terms and conditions of each accommodation operator are given at the time of the booking.

Depending on when you book, we generally take a one night deposit which we can either invoice you for or to be deposited in Napier City Council account, or, a company/school credit card will do as well.  We will follow up for the balance of payment taken in time for the booking terms and conditions to be met.

Accommodation options vary as there are many motels/hotels which are no longer taking casual booking. The providers we have remaining are more upmarket, city central, or a specialised facility we deal with regularly.
