Swimming NZ have just launched their Unlock Your Greatness campaign, aimed at promoting the health and wellbeing benefits of swimming for Kiwis.

They believe that swimming is a crucial life skill, and are encouraging everyone to unlock their greatness by being active in the water. Swimming provides so many benefits that reach far beyond the water, and it is so much more than just a sport, it is a favourite Kiwi pastime that everyone should enjoy throughout their life.
